We want you to love your Permanent Summer pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Items must have all original tags attached
• Sale items are non-refundable (exchange only)

How to Return

1. Email us at christopher@permanentsummer.co with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions
3. Ship the item back to us (return postage is at the customer's cost)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Follow the same process above and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the return.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
