How long does shipping take?

Portugal: 2–4 business days. Europe: 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Free shipping on orders over €80 within Portugal and over €150 to the rest of Europe.

What sizes do you carry?

Our t-shirts run from S to 5XL. Caps and bucket hats come in S, M, and L. See our size guide for measurements.

What is the t-shirt made from?

Our signature tee is 180 g/m² premium cotton, most colours are 100% cotton with some blends available. Soft, heavy, and built to last.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. See our returns policy.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Check your tracking link first. If it's been more than 10 business days (EU) or 5 days (Portugal), contact us at christopher@permanentsummer.co and we'll sort it.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Not currently, but we're working on it. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

How do I care for my garments?

Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery. See our full care guide.
